As women, we wear a multitude of hats: wife, mother, caregiver, provider, and career woman (just to name a few). It's easy to get caught up in it all, and if we're not careful, we can lose ourselves in the process—providing for everyone's needs except our own. Elevate YOU offers women the platform to focus on themselves, conveying our expression through fitness and dance.
Elevate YOU is designed to help women succeed in their fitness journeys through expert coaching, instruction, and prestigious customer service.
We currently offer all levels of pole as well as conditioning, HIIT/Crossfit, chair dance, and movement for women with pain and mobility issues.

Where it all started! Our Head instructor Thelma is ready to get you ELEVATED for all of your fitness needs and goals! Whether it be tightening and toning for the summer or getting ready for that wedding dress, Thelma is the one to call! Thelma teaches Pole classes at all levels.
Brandy was one of the first instructors to join Elevate YOU. She teaches Intro to Pole, Level One Pole, Level Two Pole, and Sexy Floor Work classes. She brings her fun personality, simple teaching style, and years of experience to her students, and makes sure they get a great workout, too!
Samiyah moves with style and grace in her Low Impact, Level One Pole, and Intro to Pole classes, incorporating a sensual tone to the pole spins and moves! Looking to find yourself again? She is the instructor for YOU! Feel good about yourself and sexy and the same time!
Keisha has been learning and teaching fitness classes for 30 years. At Elevate YOU, she teaches Sexy Strength Conditioning classes. If you just want a good burn in a fun environment, you should come to her class! If you want to supplement your pole practice with core work and booty development, you should come to her class!
Deseria has been pole dancing since January 2019. She is a former Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader with a dual BA in Psychology and Performance Arts & Dance from Rowan University. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgian Court University. Additionally, she is a property manager. She enjoys going to the gym and reading.
Lea has been teaching since 2021. She's passionate about music, singing, and dancing. She is a nurse by day and a fitness instructor by night. She loves pole fitness because it encompasses many styles of movement in addition to building strength of the mind, body, and spirit. She loves teaching because she loves seeing people fall in love with pole fitness just as she has.
